Telekinesis and random number generator
We all have the ability to perform the natural occurrence of telekinesis. Telekinesis is a mind, brain, consciousness related phenomenon whose roots are sub-atomic like all manifestations. Some research shows there is a lot of activity in the cortex of the brain in relationship to this. It is during the “off” phases of consciousness that psychic phenomenon or mystical happenings happen.
Consciousness is always in a blinking on and off phase. This on/off phasing phenomenon is the photon related manifestation of energy and light, tiny pockets or "quanta’s" of energy. The ability to bend spoons or levitate is at the other levels is manifested as a physical event upon the space/time shell frame which we interpret as our reality. There is a good deal of illusion as well. One must be able to discern the reality of both. Sometimes there is a vast difference in what we THINK we see versus what reality IS.
The term psychokinesis (from the Greek, "psyche", meaning mind, soul, heart, or breath; and, "kinesis", meaning motion; literally "movement from the mind"),also known as telekinesis (Greek, literally "distant-movement"), sometimes abbreviated PK and TK respectively, is a term coined by Henry Holt to refer to the direct influence of mind on a physical system that cannot be entirely accounted for by the mediation of any known physical energy. It has been called the most powerful of psychic powers, essentially the power of a god. Examples of psychokinesis could include distorting or moving an object, or influencing the output of a random number generator.
The study of phenomena said to be psychokinetic is an aspect of parapsychology. Some paranormal researchers believe that psychokinesis exists and deserves further study, pointing to experimental results such as those done using random number generators.
Data that proponents say shows that psychokinesis can occur has been assailed by independent evaluations as being subject to problems such as publication bias, fraud, delusion, and statistical manipulation of scientific data. Alternatively, other natural phenomena have been identified as being able to explain certain claimed instances of psychokinesis.

PK on random number generators
The advent of electronic and computer technologies has allowed researchers to develop highly automated experiments studying the interaction between mind and matter. In one such experiment, a Random Number Generator (RNG) based on electronic or radioactive noise produces a data stream that is recorded and analyzed by computer software.
In the typical RNG experiment, a subject attempts to mentally change the distribution of the random numbers, usually in an experimental design that is functionally equivalent to getting more "heads" than "tails" while flipping a coin. Of course the electronic, computerized experiment has many advantages over earlier research using, e.g., tossed coins or dice. In the RNG experiment, great flexibility is combined with careful scientific control and a high rate of data acquisition.
A meta-analysis of the database, published in 1989, examined 800 experiments by more than 60 researchers over the preceding 30 years. The effect size was found to be very small, but remarkably consistent, resulting in an overall statistical deviation of approximately 15 standard errors from a chance effect. The probability that the observed effect was actually zero (i.e., no psi) was less than one part in a trillion, verifying that human consciousness can indeed affect the behavior of a random physical system. Furthermore, while experimental quality had significantly increased over time, this was uncorrelated with the effect size, in contradiction to a frequent, but unfounded skeptical criticism.
Some parapsychologists believe that these results can be accounted for by ESP if the experimenter (or their participants) intuitively know the right moment to start their studies to get significant results. This is known as Decision Augmentation Theory. However, the apparent effect of focused mass consciousness on a world-wide network of RNGs (see the Global Consciousness Project) suggest that at least some of the time, there is an element of mind-matter interaction.

Description of the psychic test
This simple telekinesis (aka Psychokinesis) test is a variation of the more scientific work of John Walker (called RetroPsychoKinesis, which used a hardware random number generator based on radioactive decay). Inspired by coin tossing contests, it consists of an algorithm that will randomly generate zeroes and ones (1024 total coin tosses at the speed of 10 every second), instead of heads or tails. Mathematical laws (binomial probabilities) dictate that over a certain period of time, the average between the number of 0s and 1s should be 50% / 50%, and the longer the time period, the closer the results should be to this figure. If someone tried to telekinetically influence the outcome of those coin flippings, we could possibly calculate his telekinesis ability by observing how far the results are from the statistical average.
